This is a collection of pieces written for a movie that in the end never happened. It was to have been a pre world-cup football comedy involving an underperforming local team who search out a Balkan dance teacher as coach and an on-the-run Mozambican gangster as a star player ... all taking on impossible opposition.

A pity it didn't come off - the concept, the script, the cast and the crew were all great, and the soundtrack was going to be fantastic.

C'est la vie ...
